Frensley Jeffery S Attorney (Law Firms) in Nashville

I was raped by another patient in a hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. The hospital is called Skyline Madison Campus. The nurses covered up my rape, silenced me and the man who raped me was never punished. I have a brain injury and am disabled. I needed help to find justice. I went to "Chip Frensley" and begged him to be my guardian angel... and he spat in my face. I also feel Chip Frensley refused to represent me because my gender identity is non binary and Chip Frensley is clearly homophobic and did not want to represent someone he was disgusted by. Because I have a brain injury and many disabilities, and because I had no money or car at the time, I would miss some appointments with Chip. I told him about my brain injury and the trauma of the rape had further diminished my mental capacity. I was a rape victim with a brain injury. I needed all the patience and understanding Chip had to offer in order to make it through my lawsuit against the hospital. Chip had no patience. He had no compassion. He did not give a damn about my brain injury, my poverty, or my lack of transportation. Instead, Chip was offended that I would accidently miss his important appointments because I lived 2 hours away and my aunt did not feel like driving me to Nashville today. Not my fault, but Chip blamed me anyway and demanded that he be allowed to withdraw as an attorney from my case. Chip Frensley is homophobic and transphobic. He used my missed appointments as a convenient excuse to get rid of me. The hospital where I was raped was never punished. I still have no justice. The man who raped me was never punished. I still have no justice after nearly 10 years! Why? Because Chip Frensley is a bigot who decided it was more important for him to get his panties in a twist over my missed appointments where I was blameless, it was more important for Chip to get pissed off about me, a person with a brain injury, "disrespecting" him... that was more important to Chip than bringing justice against the people who covered up my sexual assault. Chip cared more about me showing him "respect" than he did about my being raped! Grade F+ for being the crappiest, cheapest, most self-absorbed lawyer I ever had the complete horror of running into...
